Not currently — style preferences aren't available for Surprise Bags at this time.
How many jewellery pieces will I receive?
Petal Bag: minimum 5 pieces. Royal Bag: minimum 7 pieces. Luxe Bag: minimum 10 pieces.
What is included with the jewellery?
Every bag includes a jewellery bag/pouch and a freebie, in addition to your jewellery pieces.
Is the jewellery anti-tarnish?
Yes, all pieces in the Surprise Bags are anti-tarnish, 18K gold PVD plated.
Is the jewellery water resistant?
Yes, the pieces are water-resistant. For long-term shine, we still recommend removing jewellery before swimming or bathing.
Can I return or exchange a Surprise Bag?
Surprise Bags are offered at an exclusive discounted price and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
