  • Courier partner allocation is automated based on serviceability and delivery efficiency.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.


📍 Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

  • AVIRI is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.


🚪 Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

  • Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or unreachable contact details, the shipment may be returned to origin.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in order restrictions.


📦 Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered, please record an unboxing video and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.

  • Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier, AVIRI is not liable for theft or loss.


🌍 Serviceable Locations

  • Currently, we deliver within India only.


🔄 Lost Shipments

  • If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we will initiate a replacement or refund based on investigation outcome.
